Ground-Breaking Safety Tactile Systems for Railway Platforms
i-glo flexitactalert – a ‘new generation’ of safer tactiles – has been recently rolled out on Network Rail (Eastern) platforms. A 29% saving and 97% reduction on carbon footprint over competitor products has also been achieved. We are now looking to extend to other regions of Network Rail. Oxford Tactile Crossings (2020)
A NUMBER OF DIFFERENT CROSSINGS WITHIN A 2 MILE STRETCH Other contractors had recently installed a new shared cycle/pedestrian path and needed surface mounted tactiles to finish off the crossings. PART OF A NEW CYCLE/PEDESTRIAN PATH We supplied the contractors with the tactiles and easy fitting guide and then they could sign the project off.
